IMPORTANT NOTICE *PLEASE READ* I ask all clients to please reschedule or cancel any appointments 48 hours in advance of the starting time of your appointment, to allow for enough notice. There will be a charge of a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations, late notice rescheduled appointments and NO SHOWS. Please note I book 4-6 weeks out so openings are VERY LIMITED for rescheduling. A 50% deposit is required for booking appointments to secure your appointment. The total of your deposit will be deducted from the total of your appointment at checkout. *Please note* The 50% deposit is to hold your appointment slot, this deposit will not be refunded for any cancellations within the 48 hour mark or any no shows. I also would like to take this time to make you aware of my rescheduling policy. A confirmation message will be sent two weeks out from your scheduled appointment time to allow ample notice and time to make arrangements for, or changes to your appointment. In addition a second confirmation message will be sent out one week from your appointment time. If your appointment is rescheduled within the time frame after the ONE week appointment confirmation message, there will be a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of your service booked for your new rescheduled appointment, and an additional non refundable 50% deposit will be needed if the rescheduled appointment ends up being rescheduled again after that within the one week time frame of that appointment date. The deposit will need to be paid within 48hrs of rescheduling the appointment or the appointment time slot WILL NOT be held.
